You made everything so easy….I almost want to do it all over again!! I actually read through the list of “wants/don’t wants” that we drew up together at our first meeting last night and I think that we got everything on the list, with the exception of high ceilings. There were times during the process that I really thought that Chris or I were missing something as it was all going so smoothly; I am sure that there was lots that you were doing in the background to keep it that way (and if you weren’t don’t burst my bubble by telling me!).

We were Brent’s first listing and first sale. The ride was smooth all the way through. His dedication to making the sale was apparent from our first meeting with him. He had insisted that he get a chance to interview for the spot as our realtor even though he had only received his license one week prior. My wife and I decided to give him a shot and we both agreed that we would make a decision only after talking to the entire list of candidates. However, Brent showed up to our home totally prepared intent on getting the job. He had created a brochure complete with pictures and a list of upgrades. He knew the neighborhood and what set our home apart from the list of similar homes—he knew because he had viewed them. He had a marketing strategy and knew the target price for our home. After sitting through his thorough presentation my wife and I had no choice but to select Brent as our guy. He nailed it. We signed with him that night.

We showed the home the following day to one couple and had an offer that evening. We contribute this to Brent’s quick action, his diligence in knowing the market, and setting the appropriate price. With Brent’s input we made a counter offer that was accepted the following day. This was his first counter offer as well. In the end we actually got more for our home than we had expected. Unbelievable! In a down market we had just put our home under contract in record time for a price that was more than acceptable to us.
The bottom line, Brent is professional, personable, knowledgeable, dependable, and driven to succeed. I ought to know. He’s been a good friend of mine for over seven years.
